Social Security Benefits Denied

If your claim for social security benefits is denied, you have the right to file a reconsideration appeal. This appeal will be considered by the same office that reviewed your initial application, but it is assigned to a division that involved with the initial determination.

It can take 3-5 months for this appeal depending on whether you are submitting new medical evidence. At this stage it is very important to present your case for disability in terms that social security understands. It is my experience that reviewers at this level have limited discretion to apply to cases.

If you need to appeal your case, please contact Orlando Social Security attorney, Randy Maddox  .
